At Le Rose, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion choices; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
